What we collect

When you order: name, email, billing and delivery address, phone number, order contents, delivery tracking.

Payment data: handled by Shopify Payments, PayPal and other providers shown at checkout. We do not see or store full card details. 

When you subscribe: email address, preferences you select, and engagement data such as opens and clicks.

When you browse: IP address, device and browser data, pages viewed, referral source, collected through cookies.

When you contact us: your message and our reply.

We do not sell your personal data. Ever. 

International transfers

We are based in Switzerland and operate across the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, Switzerland, Australia and the United States. Your data will be transferred outside the country you live in.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records for ten years, to meet tax and accounting obligations in more than one jurisdiction. Marketing data until you unsubscribe, then suppressed rather than deleted so we do not contact you again by mistake. Support correspondence for two years.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time.
