Where your order ships from

We hold stock in five locations and dispatch from the one closest to you or most convenient for your customs situation.

We hold stock in multiple places so that most European orders never cross a customs border on the way to you. 

We segment our global audience by the most relevant location based on your IP address.

Delivery times

Estimates from dispatch, not from order:

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Please be mindful that you will receive an order confirmation from our UK dispatch when your goods are picked up from our warehouse, not when you place your order. Please be patient for 24-36 hours after your order before inquiring about tracking numbers.

If your order takes place after 12:00pm in the local time of our warehouse, it may not be processed until the following business day. We do try our best to dispatch multiple times per day. 

Costs

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your address and order weight. Any free delivery threshold for your market is shown in the cart.

Duties and taxes

United Kingdom: prices include UK VAT where we are registered. No further charges on delivery. Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse, so there are no customs charges. 

Switzerland: your order is dispatched from within Switzerland. There is no import, no customs clearance and no handling fee. Swiss VAT treatment is not applicable. 

European Union: your order is dispatched from Germany and the goods are already in free circulation in the EU. There is no customs declaration, no import VAT and no courier handling fee to pay on delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the price you pay.

Non-EU Europe, including Norway, Iceland and the Western Balkans: parcels are shipped delivered-at-place from Germany. Import duties, VAT and customs handling fees are set by your country and are payable by you on delivery.

Rest of world, including Canada: parcels are shipped delivered-at-place (DAP) from the United Kingdom. Import duties, taxes and handling fees are payable by you on delivery. We cannot estimate them, and we cannot refund them if you refuse the parcel.

Peak season

The diary is seasonal and November and December are our heaviest weeks. Cut-off dates for pre-Christmas delivery are published on this page each October. 

Orders after the cut-off are still dispatched promptly, but arrival before 25 December cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking

A tracking link is in your dispatch email. It can take 24 hours to activate.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address at checkout (especially if you have moved recently). We can amend before dispatch if you email quickly. Parcels returned because of an incorrect address can be resent at additional cost.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel is more than ten business days past the estimate for your destination, email letstalk@resilienceagenda.com with your order number. Carriers usually require 15 business days domestically or 30 internationally before declaring a parcel lost. 

We honestly don’t think it's worth it to contact carriers for lost items. After a reasonable time, once declared lost, we replace or refund.
