To have your diaries co-branded, we would require a minimum order of 100 diaries, in a mix of any of our five stylish colours on offer.

What We Need From You
If you're interested in seeing what a mock-up of the diary would like with your logo, we would just need the following from you:

  • Please provide all artwork files in original vector EPS format with text saved as outlines and curves.

  • For single colour please provide artwork in monochrome.

Shipping & Returns

Our United Kingdom warehouse is located in Wrexham, Wales, from where we serve our United Kingdom, United States and Canadian supporters. 

From our United Kingdom warehouse, we use Royal Mail, DHL Express for our US orders, and various couriers for Canada. 

Estimated delivery times for the United Kingdom are roughly 48 hours post dispatch, while international orders can be up to 5-8 days depending on location. Our US orders typically arrive within 7 days. 

Please be patient before contacting us if your order hasn't arrived exactly in line with these times. Furthermore, there may be delays between placing your order and receiving a dispatch confirmation from the warehouse. These emails are generated when the courier services take possession of your order from us. Write to us if you don't receive a shipping notification after several business days. Also be mindful that shipping confirmations can sometimes go to your spam folder where you might miss them.

For returns, we happily offer you your money back if you decide our products do not fit your needs. Given we donate a proportion of profits to charity, we ask that if you decide you do not like our product, to first consider using it it as a gift for someone who might appreciate it. This way we are able to use our profits to support local mental health charities.

If you would genuinely like a refund, please contact us with you order number to let us know why, and we’ll return your money to you.

If your product is damaged during postage, please send us a picture, send us your order number, and we will send out a free replacement to you.
