If you are considering a return or refund, you most likely placed an order with us or are about to. We owe you a big "thank you."

We strive to be the kind of business that all businesses should be – by providing great products, promoting a great cause, and offering a delightful customer service experience. We try to do our best. There are a few things you should know.

By using this website or placing an order for one of our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Money Back Guarantee

At Resilience Agenda, we are so confident you'll love our products, we offer a money-back Guarantee. If one of our products fails to meet your satisfaction, simply write to us explaining why and we will offer you a full refund.

A 30-Day (from date of purchase) Money-Back Guarantee applies to our physical products (shipped to your address). Unfortunately, the shipping fees cannot be refunded as this is a sunk cost to our suppliers, however, we will return the product amount.

A 14-Day (from date of purchase) Money Back Guarantee applies to our Mental Fitness Daily courses and online training.

Please note: Refunds are not available for co-branded or invoice-terms bulk orders unless they arrive damaged during transit. This is because items with custom logos or branding cannot be resold.

Shipping

Delivery occurs from our UK warehouse at Unit 5, Clywedog Road North, Wrexham Industrial Estate, Wrexham, LL13 9XN UK in Wales.

Shipping times vary by location. We aim to dispatch most orders within 24 hours, and we dispatch 6 days per week. We use Royal Mail for small parcels domestically, and TNT for larger orders.

All of our orders are tracked, and you will receive a tracking number once the item is collected by the postal service. This may be up to 36 hours after purchase, depending on what time of day you purchased.

Expected arrival times for metro UK tend to be within 48 hours of dispatch (total 72 working hours). Some regional UK locations may take an extra day at times.

All UK orders are sent from the UK which means VAT is applicable (included).

For international orders, arrival times depend on country, courier workload and customs clearance.

For the United States, the recent tariff changes mean shipping times and costs may vary. Customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. If goods are delayed or lost in customs, we reserve the right to recoup some of these costs.

For Europe and Rest of World, shipping times vary. We use Royal Mail and UPS.

At peak times, there may be minor delays, or delays caused by postal or courier service issues.

We offer and Express shipping option for urgent deliveries.

Refunds for Damaged or Unusable Products

If you'd like to return or replace a damaged or unusable product, we are sorry, and it's our responsibility, even if its the postman who has left it in the rain or dropped it. We aim to be the kind of organization that leaves you satisfied.

For quality control purposes, please send us a photo of the damage in question with a brief explanation to letstalk [at] resilienceagenda.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Once we receive your photo and explanation, we can issue your replacement, refund and an apology. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 14 days to process.

Returning Unwanted Products

If you have purchased from us by mistake, want to change something, or no longer want your product and your order has shipped or already arrived, we kindly first ask if it could make a nice gift for somebody to build their Mental Fitness, instead of sending it back to us, because postage gets expensive. People love our items as gifts and usually appreciate them.

Where you have ordered by mistake, we are happy to arrange replacements with you, however, this may incur an additional shipping charge.

Our items come wrapped in lovely tissue paper, which once opened, renders the product ‘opened.’ That’s fine, however, it makes it quite difficult to resell to someone else. 

We kindly first ask if you could make it a nice gift for somebody to build their Mental Fitness, instead of sending it back to us, because postage gets expensive. People love our items as gifts and appreciate the thought.

Please do not send items back to us without our approval. Our warehouse charges fees for unannounced returns which we may deduct from any refund owing.

Digital Products

In addition to our 14-day money-back guarantee, the following terms apply to all purchases of Resilience Agenda digital course products:

1. Access & Delivery

Upon successful purchase, you will receive immediate access to the course materials via email or through our secure online learning platform. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

2. Lifetime Access

Your purchase includes lifetime access to the course content. This means you can return to the material at any time, at your own pace, for as long as the course remains available.

3. License & Usage

Each purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable license for personal use only. Course materials may not be copied, shared, redistributed, or republished without prior written permission from Resilience Agenda.

4. Group Licensing & Bulk Discounts

We offer generous discounts for group licensing, bulk enrolments, or corporate teams. Please contact us at letstalk [at] resilienceagenda.com to discuss tailored solutions for your organisation, school, or workplace.

5. Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our courses. If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at letstalk [at] resilienceagenda.com Refunds will not be granted after this period.

6. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring suitable internet access and device compatibility to access the course. Resilience Agenda is not responsible for technical issues on the customer side.

7. Course Updates & Modifications

We may periodically update course materials to reflect the latest research, improve clarity, or respond to user feedback. Updates are included as part of your lifetime access.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content remains the intellectual property of Resilience Agenda. By enrolling, you agree not to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise infringe on our copyrights or trademarks.
