If you are considering a return or refund, you most likely placed an order with us or are about to. We owe you a big "thank you." We strive to be the kind of business that all businesses should be – by providing great products, promoting a great cause, and offering a delightful customer service experience. We try to do our best. However, there are a few things you should know.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

At Resilience Agenda, we are so confident you'll love our products, we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If one of our products fails to meet your satisfaction, simply write to us explaining why and we will offer you a full refund. 

Unfortunately, no refunds or returns are available for custom/co-branded diaries or planners, unless they are damaged in transit. That’s because nobody else wants your logo on their planner, and we can’t resell it. 

Refunds for Damaged or Unusable Products

If you'd like to return a damaged or unusable product, we are sorry, and it’s most likely our fault. Even if it’s not, it is definitely our responsibility! We’ve had about three returned products from over 150,000 purchases over the years, so that’s unlikely. 

For quality purposes, please send us a photo of the damage in question with a brief explanation to letstalk [at] resilienceagenda.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Once we receive your photo and explanation, we can issue your refund and an apology. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 14 days to process.

Returning Unwanted Products

If you have purchased from us by mistake or no longer want your product and your order has shipped or already arrived, we kindly first ask if it could make a nice gift for somebody to build their Mental Fitness, instead of sending it back to us, because postage gets expensive. People love our items as gifts and usually appreciate them.

Our items come wrapped in lovely tissue paper, which once opened, renders the product ‘opened.’ That’s fine, however, it makes it quite difficult to resell to someone else. 

Please do not send items back to us without our approval. Our warehouse charges fees for unannounced returns which we may deduct from any refund owing.
